PROS Services Coordinator

Oversees daily front desk operations for Parks Administration including customer service, facility reservations, handling inquiries, and revenue collection. Acts as the main point of contact for Parks facility reservations. Ensures efficient and accurate service delivery in compliance with City policies while serving as the primary point of contact for park facility use and inquiries. Must have National Incident Management System (NIMS) certification (level to be determined by job classification requirements) or obtain within one year of employment. Must have a valid Florida Driver's license with a satisfactory driving record throughout employment. Must have first aide, Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and Automated External (AED) certifications within three (3) months of hire. Childcare certification is preferred and may be required depending on area of assignment. In addition to meeting the minimum qualifications listed above, an individual must be able to perform each of the established essential functions to perform this job successfully.
