In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining a pristine environment through commercial cleaning and custodial tasks, supporting a safe and efficient workspace for all team members. Your proactive approach and dedication will help uphold our high standards of sanitation and operational excellence. Responsibilities Clean and sanitize restrooms, including floors, fixtures, toilets, sinks, counters, mirrors, stall walls, etc. Clean and maintain breakroom and common areas, including tables, counters, appliances, sinks, etc. This also applies to any areas of seating that are inside and outside the building. Perform routine vacuuming, sweeping, and moping of office floors, hallways, and entry areas. Empty and replace liners in trash receptacles or recycle bins throughout the front office and shared spaces. Clean interior windows, glass doors, and other glass surfaces. Perform dusting of surfaces including desks, shelving, ledges, vents, and furniture where needed. Restock restroom and breakroom supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, sanitizer, etc. Ability to use the washer and dryer to clean coats, rags, mop heads, etc. when needed. Monitor and report any maintenance issues or plumbing problems and any/all safety issues that might be found while performing daily duties. Ensure that any exterior break areas are free of garbage and/or debris and that the cigarette containers are emptied weekly. Follow all internal sanitation protocols and safety procedures, including standards relevant to nutraceutical/dietary supplement manufacturing. Maintain cleaning supply inventory and notify supervisor or manager when restock is needed or if additional items are needed to complete the daily work duties. Assist with occasional projects that might arise. Ability to complete any other tasks assigned by management. Qualifications High School or GED diploma 1+ Years of maintenance experience. Prior experience in commercial cleaning or custodial roles is highly preferred. Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English. Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and safety procedures. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent time management skills to complete assigned tasks efficiently within scheduled hours. Physical stamina to perform repetitive cleaning tasks including standing, bending, lifting, and moving equipment or supplies. Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude toward maintaining a clean environment.
