We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Facilities Manager to oversee the operations and maintenance of our luxury residential or commercial property. The ideal candidate will ensure that all facilities are safe, efficient, and well-maintained while providing exceptional service to residents, employees, and visitors.Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations and maintenance of the property, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general building systems. Supervise and coordinate maintenance, custodial, and other facilities staff. Manage vendor relationships, service contracts, and ensure timely completion of all work. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and internal policies. Monitor budgets, approve purchases, and optimize operational costs. Respond promptly to emergencies, such as equipment failures, safety issues, or urgent maintenance needs. Maintain accurate records of maintenance schedules, repairs, and inspections. Provide excellent customer service to residents, tenants, and employees.Requirements:
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in facilities management, preferably in luxury residential or commercial properties. Strong technical knowledge of building systems, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC. Proven leadership and team management skills. Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or related field preferred (optional). Ability to lift and move equipment and materials as needed.Benefits:
