Warehouse Inventory & Facilities Coordinator Manro Enterprises LLC Miami, FL Job Details Full-time $16 - $18 an hour 1 day ago Benefits Employee assistance program Employee discount Flexible schedule Qualifications Moving Full Job Description Manro Enterprises LLC is hiring a detail-oriented Warehouse Inventory & Facilities Coordinator to maintain order, accuracy, and cleanliness across our Miami warehouse and fleet. This role is the foundation of our internal operations — if you take pride in organization and precision, this is for you. Role Overview You will be responsible for inventory accuracy, shelving organization, product receiving, facility cleanliness, and fleet maintenance. You report to the Warehouse Operations Manager and play a critical role in keeping Manro running smoothly every single day. Key Responsibilities Maintain shelving organized by category, applying FIFO rotation at all times Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly physical inventory counts and reconcile against Odoo Report discrepancies, near-expiry products, or damaged goods immediately Physically receive supplier deliveries: verify against purchase order, inspect quality, enter in Odoo, and shelve Keep the warehouse clean, hygienic, and free of obstacles every day Verify trucks are clean inside and out before and after each route; log condition and maintenance needs Ensure trucks are stocked with delivery materials (packaging, dollies, tools) at the start of each day Support the Operations Manager during high-volume dispatch periods Requirements 1+ year of warehouse, inventory, or logistics experience High attention to detail and strong organizational skills Experience with inventory systems (Odoo experience is a plus) Physical ability to handle warehouse tasks (lifting, moving, organizing) Bilingual English/Spanish preferred Reliable, punctual, and proactive attitude What We Offer Competitive hourly pay Stable schedule in a growing company Team-oriented culture with real growth potential Direct daily collaboration with company leadership Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo,
