Work includes direct responsibility for menu planning; staff scheduling; and for purchasing , storing, preparing, and serving food on a daily basis . Our ideal candidate will have:

A high school diploma or its equivalent Eight (8) years of industry and culinary management experience including profit and loss accountability; or progressive, responsible food service experience can substitute for the required degree; or a combination of education and/or experience. A Bachelor's degree in Institution Management, Food and Nutrition, or culinary degree from an institution accredited by the Accrediting Commission of Career Schools and Colleges is preferred and may substitute for two (2) to four (4) years of the required degree. Three (3) years of supervisory experience required which can run concurrent with other required experience.
