Job Description

Facilities Manager Logistics Support IV Eglin AFB, Florida Niceville, Florida HX5 is an award-winning provider of engineering, research and development, and technical services to clients such as NASA and the Department of Defense. Founded in 2004, HX5 is a fast-growing veteran- and woman-owned company with locations nationwide. HX5 is currently seeking a Logistics/Training Specialist to support the 417th FLTS team at Eglin AFB, Florida.
Basic Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide day-to-day administrative execution of the unit building management program as the primary facility management focal point with other base agencies. These facility management actions include but are not limited to, submitting civil engineering work orders, coordinating for building janitorial support with other contractors and base offices, scheduling conference rooms and other workspace areas, maintaining facility security inspection "end-of-day" duty rosters, updating personnel locators and telephone rosters, and updating facility/office signs. Responsible for maintaining the buildings and grounds; overseeing, determining, and scheduling repairs or renovation projects; Ensuring safety and security of building and occupants Conduct monthly safety inspections and coordinate service of safety equipment Track monthly supply budget and ensure the procurement of essential building supplies as required by Civil Engineering operating instruction Assisting in the execution of squadron programs such as government vehicle program, flight line driving program, unit frequency monitor, and other programs related to logistics/supply Providing assistance with performing supply point management support by accurately researching, picking up, delivering and turning in required parts, supply items, and equipment Other duties as assigned Education and/or
Experience:
Master's degree with ten (10) years of experience; OR a bachelor's degree may be acceptable with combined additional years of experience.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:
This is a full-time position requiring 40 hours per week and offers a flexible work schedule Monday through Friday during core business hours.
Other Position Requirements:
Proof of U.S. Citizenship is a requirement for this position. Must be able to complete a U.S. government background investigation. Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance.
