Job Description

The Retail Maintenance Coordinator is responsible for performing repairs and maintenance of store equipment and systems across several different disciplines also evaluates, schedules, coordinates, and provides oversight and guidance to maintenance contractors to ensure safe, timely and high-quality service for multiple trades and/or disciplines in our retail stores. The incumbent manages and coordinates multiple projects simultaneously for our retail facilities and assists with the implementations of corporate projects. The Retail Maintenance Coordinator reports directly to Divisional Maintenance Supervisor.
Additional responsibilities include:
provides support to construction initiatives in new and remodeled retail facilities independently manages retail and facility service projects for improvements, repairs, and replacements for buildings and their components utilizes task management tools to manage Facilities Project Office (FPO) assigned projects and reports results to Corporate Project Manager provides the Divisional Facility Services Maintenance Team key information regarding maintenance issues or updates
