$18•22/hour based on experience Exuma Capital Partners is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Porter / Facilities Cleaning Associate to maintain a clean, organized, and professional environment at our 1250 Building location in Broward County. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in keeping facilities presentable and operating smoothly throughout the day. The selected candidate will be responsible for general cleaning, upkeep of common areas, and maintaining the overall appearance of the property. In addition to daily responsibilities, the role will include a deeper cleaning service once per month, typically scheduled on a weekend. The estimated pay range is based on current porter, janitorial, and custodial positions throughout Broward County and the Fort Lauderdale market, where similar roles commonly range between approximately $16•22 per hour depending on experience, schedule, and responsibilities. Responsibilities Maintain cleanliness throughout the building, offices, and common areas Perform daily cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and trash removal Clean and restock restrooms, kitchens, and break areas Monitor building conditions and report maintenance concerns as needed Ensure hallways, entrances, and shared spaces remain clean and presentable throughout the shift Assist with monthly deep-cleaning projects to maintain facility standards Safely handle cleaning supplies and equipment while following company procedures Qualifications Previous porter, janitorial, custodial, or facilities maintenance experience preferred Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently Reliable, punctual, and professional Ability to lift and move cleaning equipment and supplies as needed Positive attitude and strong work ethic What We Offer Stable full-time schedule Competitive compensation Professional work environment Opportunity to grow with a well-established organization Supportive team atmosphere
