THIS IS AN ONSITE POSITION IN OUR ST. PETERSBURG OFFICE 5 DAYS PER WEEK. ABOUT THE DEPARTMENT
The Corporate Real Estate & Facilities team creates and maintains work environments that support productivity, collaboration, and innovation across Franklin Templeton's global offices. The team partners closely with employees, vendors, and business stakeholders to ensure facilities operations run smoothly and consistently. The Facilities Supervisor- Administrative Operations is responsible for centrally overseeing Facilities Associate administrative functions across a geographically dispersed portfolio, ensuring consistent execution of administrative processes, effective workload management, and strong governance while allowing Facility Managers and site leadership to retain ownership of on‑site operational decisions.
WHAT WILL HELP YOU BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE
Experience & Skills Associate's degree or equivalent experience required 5+ years of administrative, operations, or facilities support experience, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or lead role Strong organizational and workload management skills across multiple locations or teams Experience standardizing processes and improving operational consistency Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop staff in a centralized or matrixed environment Effective communication and stakeholder management skills Proficiency with common administrative systems, reporting tools, and Microsoft Office platforms Facilities or corporate real estate support experience preferred but not required Ability to balance centralized governance with site‑specific operational needs Strong problem‑solving and continuous improvement mindset Comfortable working in a geographically dispersed and evolving environment High attention to detail with a service‑oriented approach Franklin Templeton offers employees a competitive and valuable range of total rewards—monetary and non-monetary — designed to support their well-being and recognize their time, talents, and results.
