The Program Director will oversee the daily operations of the residential treatment program while ensuring quality client care, regulatory compliance, staff supervision, and program effectiveness. This leadership role is ideal for a dedicated professional passionate about behavioral health, substance abuse treatment, and team development.
Responsibilities Include:
Overseeing daily residential program operations Supervising and supporting clinical and support staff Ensuring compliance with AHCA, DCF, Medicaid, and company policies Maintaining quality standards and client satisfaction Assisting with staffing, scheduling, and performance management Collaborating with leadership to improve program outcomes Supporting a positive and professional work environment
Qualifications:
