As we continue to expand, we are seeking an experienced Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to join our business development team. This role is well-suited for an administrator who has extensive SNF experience and is looking to transition from the operational demands of facility leadership into a growth-oriented role. Responsibilities Develop and maintain professional relationships with Skilled Nursing Facilities, administrators, clinical leadership, and ownership groups Represent the organization and clearly articulate the value of our services to prospective partners Travel extensively across multiple markets to support business development efforts Identify and pursue growth opportunities aligned with the company's expansion strategy Collaborate closely with senior leadership on market development initiatives Serve as a knowledgeable and credible industry resource for SNF partners Qualifications Current or prior Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) designation strongly preferred Demonstrated experience within the Skilled Nursing Facility environment Strong understanding of SNF operations, regulatory considerations, and leadership dynamics Willingness and ability to travel frequently Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills Professional presence and credibility with facility and ownership leadership This role requires significant travel throughout the state of Florida to meet with facilities and key stakeholders .
