Monday•Friday Responsibilities Coordinate and audit day-to-day activities of assigned work groups and projects ensuring equipment and buildings are properly maintained to BayCare, regulatory and industry standards. Requires the utilization of technology and data to monitor, improve, document, and validate operational programs and projects. Assist Manager in maintaining regulatory compliance and documentation of standards for agencies such as The Joint Commission (TJC), Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA) and the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA). Ensure accuracy and completeness of departmental documentation and drawings. Assists in securing vendor quotes, purchasing and accounting process, staff training, construction project coordination, and policy review. Why BayCare?
