Full-time We're Hiring:
Facilities Manager We're looking for a hands-on Facilities Manager to lead safe, efficient, and sustainable campus operations. This role oversees buildings, grounds, transportation, food service, and safety, working closely with senior leadership to keep our school running smoothly. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily maintenance, repairs and security Manage building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical) Coordinate facility scheduling, events, and space reservations Supervise outsourced food service operations Manage student transportation and school vehicle fleet Oversee safety drills, and access control systems Supervises two maintenance and facilities team members What We're Looking For Experience in facilities management, school operations, or a related leadership role Strong knowledge of building systems, safety regulations, and compliance Organized, collaborative, and solutions-driven leadership style Bachelor's degree preferred If you enjoy making complex operations run seamlessly, and want your work to directly support a school community, we'd love to connect.
