Account Manager - Facilities Operations Atlanta, GA Our client is seeking an experienced Account Manager to lead facilities operations for a large public-sector portfolio supporting a high-profile housing organization in the Atlanta market. This role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operational performance, client relationships, financial management, and service delivery across a diverse facilities environment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong facilities management background, proven leadership experience, and the ability to manage complex operations while delivering exceptional client service and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for the client and lead overall account operations Oversee facilities management services across multiple sites and asset types Ensure operational efficiency, compliance, safety, and service excellence Lead and develop facilities teams, vendors, and subcontractors to achieve performance goals Manage budgets, forecasting, reporting, and financial performance of the account Drive preventative maintenance programs, operational improvements, and cost-saving initiatives Develop strong client relationships through proactive communication and strategic partnership Monitor KPIs, SLAs, and overall account performance to ensure contractual obligations are exceeded Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support long-term operational objectives Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent facilities management experience Strong background in facilities management, building operations, and account leadership Experience managing large or complex client accounts preferred Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage high-performing teams Strong financial acumen including budgeting, forecasting, and operational reporting Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship management skills Experience within public-sector, commercial real estate, or large institutional environments is a plus Compensation Base salary starting at $130,000 plus bonus opportunity Comprehensive benefits package Career growth opportunities within a global organization This opportunity is ideal for a facilities management professional looking to lead a high-visibility account while driving operational performance and client satisfaction in a dynamic environment.
