BAS / Controls Project Manager 📍 Atlanta, GA 🟢 Direct Hire Opportunity with Superior Skilled Trades Superior Skilled Trades is seeking an experienced BAS / Controls Project Manager for a direct hire opportunity supporting installation and commissioning projects within airports, secure facilities, and other live critical environments. Responsibilities Manage BAS/DDC controls projects from kickoff through commissioning Coordinate field crews, subcontractors, and project operations Oversee scheduling, materials, job costs, startup, and change orders Support phased work, shutdowns, and off-hours/night work execution Review submittals, installation sequencing, and commissioning activities Serve as the primary point of contact with clients, GCs, reps, and inspectors Ensure compliance with safety, security, and facility access requirements Qualifications 5+ years of BAS, controls, or HVAC/mechanical project management experience Strong knowledge of DDC controls installation and HVAC systems Experience working in airports, secure facilities, hospitals, data centers, or live critical environments Familiarity with Niagara, Siemens, JCI, Honeywell, or Schneider systems Strong scheduling, communication, and leadership skills Proficiency with MS Office and MS Project Ability to obtain and maintain security badging/clearance Compensation & Benefits Competitive compensation based on experience Performance Bonus Potential Company vehicle or mileage reimbursement Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance Paid Time Off (PTO) Retirement Plan Short-Term & Long-Term Disability Stable project pipeline and long-term growth opportunity Supportive team environment INDH
