Job Description
Job SummaryWe are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Facilities Coordinator / Administrative Coordinator to support daily office operations and facilities needs. This role blends administrative support with coordination of building services, vendors, and workplace logistics to ensure a smooth, safe, and efficient work environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesFacilities CoordinationCoordinate maintenance, repairs, and service requests with vendors and building managementMonitor facility conditions and address issues related to safety, cleanliness, and functionalityManage vendor relationships (janitorial, utilities, security, maintenance, office services)Track service contracts, work orders, and facilities-related expensesSupport office moves, space planning, and workstation setupsEnsure compliance with safety procedures and company standardsAdministrative SupportProvide general administrative support to office leadership and teamsAnswer phones, manage calendars, and coordinate meetingsOrder and manage office supplies and inventoryMaintain records, files, and documentation (digital and physical)Assist with onboarding and offboarding (badges, access, workspace setup)Support internal communications and office announcements
