Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Facility Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations and maintenance of our facilities. This role is responsible for ensuring a safe, functional, and well-maintained work environment by coordinating vendors, managing service requests, and supporting workplace operations.

Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate routine maintenance, repairs, and facility-related services (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.)Manage vendor relationships, including scheduling, performance tracking, and issue resolutionTrack and respond to facility work orders and service requests in a timely mannerSupport office operations including space planning, workstation setup, and employee movesMaintain facility records, contracts, and maintenance logsEnsure compliance with safety standards, building regulations, and company policiesConduct regular facility inspections to identify and address issues proactivelyOrder and manage inventory for office and facility suppliesAssist with emergency response procedures and building access/security coordinationSupport projects such as renovations, upgrades, or office expansions
