Job Description
The National Account Manager is responsible for managing a $20M+ portfolio of Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) services delivered through a national subcontractor network. This role serves as the primary client contact, ensuring operational excellence, financial performance, vendor accountability, and consistent service delivery across multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage client relationships and serve as the primary point of contact for assigned national accounts. Oversee subcontracted service providers and ensure compliance with contractual requirements and service level agreements (SLAs). Drive operational performance, service quality, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement initiatives. Manage account financials, including forecasting, profitability, budgeting, and cost-control measures. Lead vendor performance reviews, corrective action plans, and subcontractor onboarding activities. Analyze KPIs, operational metrics, and customer feedback to improve account performance. Support contract renewals, service expansions, and organic growth opportunities. Services Managed Oversight of subcontracted providers delivering services including:

7+ years of experience in facilities services, IFM, national account management, or multi-site operations. Experience managing subcontracted vendor networks and large client portfolios. Strong client relationship, financial management, and operational leadership skills. Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and service lines across geographically dispersed locations. Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
Managing national IFM accounts supporting manufacturing, industrial, logistics, retail, healthcare, commercial real estate, or aviation environments.
Travel:
25-50% Physical Requirements Applicants for this role must be able to: Lift boxes and packages weighing up to 50 pounds Lift, bend, squat, and stretch to move boxes, parcels, and shipments Climb small to medium flights of stairs multiple times a day Standing for extended periods of time
