Facility/Range Assistant

Overview:

Arena Training Facility 2300 Acre Multi-Purpose Tactical Training Facility Arena Training Facility LLC is a specialized 2200 plus acre shooting and training complex. Our 2,300+ acres are able to support multiple training cells concurrently, supporting day or night operations with customized target construction capability and over 11 separate training sites and ranges. Arena boasts the longest unknown distance range east of the Mississippi River at 2300 meters and a 7,000 sq ft live fire shoot house. Arena Training Facility is ideal for all Military, Law Enforcement training and civilian shooting activities for short or extended training; our facility has 30 individual cabins available for customer rental during extended training.

Requirements:

Assist with the setup and breakdown of range equipment, targets, and safety barriers. Inspect, maintain, store, and prepare targets for use in firearms training. Use hand and power tools to complete various maintenance and setup tasks. Inspect, clean, and maintain indoor and outdoor ranges, ensuring a safe and functional environment. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the range and all supporting areas. Monitor inventory of range supplies and assist with restocking as needed. Assist with basic range upkeep. Report safety concerns or equipment issues promptly. Perform additional duties as assigned. Assist in facility/cabin repairs Qualifications/Requirements Jack of all trades! If you consider yourself someone skilled in "fixing anything" this position will allow you to put those skills to use. High school diploma or GED preferred. Prior experience in range operations, facilities maintenance, or construction is a plus. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and work outdoors in various weather conditions. Ability to follow detailed instructions and safety procedures. Strong work ethic, punctuality, and attention to detail required. Pay:

$14.00 - $23.00 per hour
