Job Description

About the
Role:
This is an onsite position in Duluth, GA, for a manufacturing company. The schedule is Monday through Friday, with a 7 AM start time. As a CBRE Onsite Facilities Coordinator, you will be responsible for delivering a world-class customer service experience to employees and guests within a designated building.
What You'll Do:
First point of contact for all those entering the facility. Greet them with a friendly and welcoming demeanor. Issue visitor and parking passes and follow security protocols. Work with landlords, tenants, and service providers to make sure they implement and recognize all procedures, policies, and reporting formats. Manage breakroom inventory and adhere to budget. Process and distribute work orders and inquiries from clients, employees, and guests, providing professional customer service. Handle administrative tasks such as filing, following instructions, and delivering output under supervision. Coordinate and organize on-site events, business activities, and various workplace services including mail and office supplies. Monitor external activities, security, and emergency procedures, while also collecting performance and progress reports. Communicate effectively, make presentations, and coordinate with vendors to solve problems using existing procedures.
What You'll Need:
High School Diploma or GED with up to 2 years of job-related experience. Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work. Communication skills to exchange straightforward information. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
