S_175812 The Facilities Professional plays a key role in maintaining the safety, appearance, and functionality of the campground. This position requires hands-on experience with equipment, tools, and light repairs, as well as the ability to support road maintenance and trailer relocation. The Facilities Professional reports directly to the Maintenance Department. #IND123

Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities Operate equipment for road upkeep, and general grounds maintenance Perform light repairs on facilities, equipment, and campground infrastructure Assist with relocation and positioning of pull?behind trailers as needed Conduct routine inspections of campground roads, common areas, and facilities Perform general maintenance tasks including minor carpentry, basic plumbing fixes, and small equipment repairs Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in safe, organized condition Follow all safety procedures and departmental guidelines Support the maintenance team with special projects and seasonal tasks Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00

PM Skills:

Experience operating tractors and similar equipment Ability to safely move and position pull-behind trailers Good work ethic with the ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable, punctual, and able to follow directions from the Maintenance Department Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Work Environment This role is performed in an outdoor campground setting with regular interaction with guests, staff, and maintenance leadership. The ideal candidate is safety-minded, dependable, and comfortable working with equipment and tools daily.
