Position Overview The Assistant Director of Nursing partners closely with the Director of Nursing to support daily clinical operations and nursing leadership across the campus. This role shares responsibility for resident care quality, staff development, and regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities Support the DON in overseeing nursing operations and clinical programs Assist with hiring, onboarding, coaching, and development of nursing staff Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and care teams Help execute staffing plans, budgets, and operational goals Participate in resident care planning and quality initiatives Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations What We're Looking For Active RN license in Iowa or Compact RN license Prior experience as an
