On a typical day, you might: Handle general maintenance across the building (walls, floors, roofing, etc.) Troubleshoot plumbing, electrical, or HVAC issues and make minor repairs Coordinate outside contractors for larger or specialized work Execute preventive maintenance tasks and keep accurate records (ISO 9001 aligned) Maintain clean, organized, and safe facility conditions Manage waste handling and ensure compliance with procedures Spot potential issues early and take action before they become problems What You Bring Required Experience in facilities maintenance, construction, or a similar hands-on role Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems Ability to work independently and take ownership of your work Nice to Have Experience in an

This role is hands-on and physical. You'll regularly move throughout the facility, use tools, and perform tasks that may involve lifting (up to 50 lbs), climbing, and working in different positions (kneeling, crouching, etc.). You may occasionally be exposed to moving mechanical parts, noise, or airborne particles—but safety is always a top priority.
