Job Specific Responsibilities:
Processes work orders for minor repairs, maintenance, and light housekeeping of building including, but not limited to: Cleanliness of Parking Lots, Sidewalks, Curbs Security and Fire Alarm System Trash Removal Rearrangement of Furniture and/or Equipment Sweeping, Mopping and Carpet cleaning as requested Painting, Hanging Drywall and Wallpapering Carpentry and Light Electrical, Plumbing & HVAC Work Utilization of various software systems including but not limited to Security, HVAC, and time clock programs. Performs maintenance as needed. Purchases building supplies and maintains related inventories. Responds to security calls at all hours. Provide oversight of day-to-day departmental activities in absence of Coordinator, including work orders and
Facilities Assistant Facilities Specialist Requirements:
Valid Driver's License (No more than 4 moving violations is last 3 years) as well as auto insurance. Willing to travel within the QC Metro Area, including Clinton and Muscatine areas. 3-5 years minimum in Building Maintenance, knowledge of computers helpful.
