ABOUT THE POSITION

Schedule:

Monday through Friday, with hours from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM. Some flexibility is required for extended hours and weekend shifts during peak seasons. As a Grain Facility Coordinator

• Location Operator, your journey begins with a meticulous review of schedules and logistics, ensuring seamless coordination of grain receiving, storage, and loading activities.

As the linchpin of our operations, you embody precision and efficiency, maintaining impeccable standards of cleanliness and safety. Amidst the ebb and flow of the agricultural season, you seamlessly adapt, collaborating with our agronomy team to maximize productivity and customer satisfaction. If so, you must meet the following requirements to qualify: Physical stamina to meet job demands, including lifting up to 50lbs and working in variable weather conditions Possession of a valid driver's license with a good driving record
