Job Description
What You'll Do :
Oversee office buildouts, renovations, relocations, and capital improvement projects, including budgeting, timelines, and coordination with appropriate parties. Manage relationships with brokers, landlords, property managers, architects, contractors, and other real estate service providers. Ensure corporate offices are safe, functional, well-maintained, and aligned with brand standards and expectations. Manage the planning, utilization, and optimization of office space, ensuring efficient layouts and flexible workplace solutions. Lead lease negotiations, renewals, amendments, and terminations to ensure favorable financial and legal terms. Develop budgets, track costs, and provide regular reporting on financial performance in coordination with internal team members. Evaluate, select, and manage vendors and service providers. Maintain a regular on-site presence at company facilities and project locations to support construction, maintenance, and operational needs. Coordinate materials, equipment, and vendor activities for ongoing projects, which may include occasional procurement of supplies from local vendors (e.g., Home Depot or similar). Assist with project-related invoicing and documentation in coordination with the CEO's Executive Assistant. Other duties as assigned. What You'll Need to Get theJob Done:
5+ years of experience in the commercial real estate industry or facilities management space. Bachelor's degree in business or real estate adjacent field preferred but not required. Ability to successfully manage multiple projects towards completion. Proven experience operating with minimal administrative support while owning projects end-to-end from strategy through execution. Experience selecting and managing vendors, brokers, landlords, contractors, and other external stakeholders while maintaining cost and service standards. Excellent communication, problem solving, and leadership skills. Comfort operating in a hands-on environment with regular time spent at job sites and company facilities. Ability to independently manage site-related logistics and project needs. Strong organizational and time management skills. Working Conditions Time will consist of traveling in a company-issued vehicle, being on-site for projects, and in our corporate office in downtown Boise with occasional after-hours or on-call responsibilities. Frequent local travel between company facilities, project sites, and vendors is expected, which may include transporting materials or hauling trailers to support job site operations.
