Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Facility Supervisor to oversee daily facility operations, maintenance programs, equipment repairs, and staff supervision. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, mechanical aptitude, and hands-on experience with facility maintenance, heavy equipment operation, water treatment systems, and industrial equipment troubleshooting. Key Responsibilities Supervise and lead facility maintenance personnel to ensure efficient daily operations. Coordinate and oversee preventative maintenance and repair programs for facility equipment and systems. Conduct routine facility inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies. Operate and monitor heavy equipment and machinery as needed. Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical equipment and facility systems. Monitor and analyze Distributed Control Systems (DCS) to optimize operational performance and efficiency. Oversee water treatment and wastewater treatment processes to maintain regulatory compliance. Coordinate tanker deliveries, inventory management, and material handling activities. Maintain accurate maintenance records, inspections, and operational reports. Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost-saving initiatives. Respond quickly to facility emergencies and operational issues to minimize downtime. Qualifications & Requirements Previous experience as a Facility Supervisor, Maintenance Supervisor, Operations Supervisor, Plant Supervisor, Facilities Manager, or Industrial Maintenance Technician. At least 2yrs of experience. Strong mechanical aptitude with experience in equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair. Experience operating heavy equipment and industrial machinery. Knowledge of water treatment systems, wastewater treatment operations, and environmental compliance. Familiarity with Distributed Control Systems (DCS), automation systems, and process controls. Ability to perform physical labor, including heavy lifting and working in industrial environments. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Excellent leadership, communication, and team management abilities. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred. Experience in wastewater treatment facilities, industrial plants, manufacturing, agriculture, or processing facilities is highly desirable.
