Job Description

Nova Health Services is growing — and we're looking for a strong Director of Accounts Receivable who wants to help build something meaningful alongside a team that genuinely cares about people, performance, and doing things the right way. This is not a "sit back and maintain" role. We want someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys solving problems, understands the details of skilled nursing reimbursement, and takes pride in driving results. As we continue expanding our footprint, this position will play a major role in helping our facilities stay financially healthy while supporting great resident care.
What You'll Be Doing:
Overseeing AR and collections processes across our skilled nursing facilities located across several states Working closely with facility leadership, billing partners, and operations teams Managing Medicare, Medicaid, Managed Care, and Private Pay receivables Identifying issues quickly and helping drive solutions Reviewing aging reports and helping improve cash collections Building strong systems, accountability, and reporting as we continue to grow Supporting operational teams through acquisitions and transitions Helping create a revenue cycle culture focused on urgency, ownership, and follow-through What we are looking for: Skilled nursing or post-acute AR/revenue cycle experience Someone who knows how to navigate Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement Strong organizational and communication skills A self-starter who can lead, problem solve, and keep things moving Someone who is detail-oriented but also understands the big picture Experience with Point Click Care or similar systems is a plus Why Nova? We're an operator-led company built by people who have spent years in skilled nursing operations. We move fast, stay hands-on, and believe strong support systems create better outcomes for residents, staff, and facilities alike. This is a chance to join early, make a real impact, and grow with an organization that is actively expanding. If you're competitive, accountable, collaborative, and ready to help build something special, we'd love to talk.
Pay:
