Job Summary EMCOR Government Services (EGS) is seeking an Electrical Manager (Data Center Facilities) to support contract operations for a mission‑critical Intelligence Community customer in Pocatello, Idaho. The Electrical Manager leads all electrical infrastructure operations within the data center,ensuring continuous uptime and compliance with safety and performance standards. This role manages maintenance programs, electrical system upgrades, and incident responsefor mission-critical power systems. #EGS #LI-NS1 •This position is contingent upon contract award. •Essential Duties & Responsibilities Oversee operation and maintenance of electrical systems: UPS, switchgear, generators, PDUs, grounding, and distribution. Develop preventive and predictive maintenance programs to maximize system reliability. Lead electrical incident investigations and implement corrective actions. Manage electrical capacity planning and support expansion or retrofit projects. Ensure compliance with
NEC, NFPA
70E, OSHA, and corporate electrical safety standards. Supervise electrical technicians and contractors, ensuring high-quality workmanship. Maintain documentation, single-line diagrams, and change management records Qualifications Must have a Top Secret Clearance Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or equivalent experience. Seven years of industrial experience, with five years at a Tier III data center supporting mission-critical electrical systems. Strong knowledge of electrical codes and safety practices.
