Job Description

Job Description The Senior Facility Manager provides strategic and operational leadership across data center facilities, ensuring reliable operations, customer satisfaction, and compliance across all critical infrastructure. Reporting to the Regional Operations Director, this role oversees daily facility operations, vendor performance, customer implementations, and incident management within the assigned region. Key Responsibilities
  • Lead day-to-day data center operations and critical infrastructure performance
  • Manage the regional relationship with third party facility partners, ensuring adherence to company's standards and procedures
  • Oversee preventative and corrective maintenance programs and vendor compliance
  • Serve as escalation lead for operational incidents, including RCA development and corrective actions
  • Manage asset lifecycle tracking, capacity reporting, and forecasting
  • Partner with Implementation, Sales, and internal teams to deliver on-time customer build outs and expansions
  • Act as the primary operational point of contact for customers; support audits, tours, and contract reviews
  • Own regional reporting, compliance initiatives, business continuity planning, and audit support (SOX, certifications)
  • Manage regional OPEX and develop CAPEX plans for equipment upgrades and replacements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field (Equivalent experience may be considered in place of a degree)
  • 7+ years of experience managing critical infrastructure
  • 6+years of Data Center experience.
  • 10+ years of supervisory or personnel management experience
  • Strong background in electrical, mechanical, and other critical facility systems
  • Strong communication and professionalism
  • Experience managing 120MW data center
