POSITION SUMMARY
As a Facilities Coordinator, you are entrusted with balancing organizational priorities including mail services, administrative, financial, project scheduling and daily production flow of the department.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Work closely with Director of Facilities & Facility Manager to envision and enact more efficient processes in areas of department responsibility Oversee the mail services operations for the organization Vendor relationship maintenance and periodic review of all service agreements. Assist in communication and development of Facility related procedures, including alarm and evacuation training for staff Maintain access system for agency (keys and badges) and documentation Facility Department administrative support Work alongside the Facilities team to develop, influence, and nurture the HBH culture; participate in community-building work across departments Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE, SKILL REQUIRED
Required:
High School Diploma/GED Ability to effectively use simple math for a variety of purposes Language Skills —Ability to write routine reports and correspondence Must be able to stand, walk, stoop, bend, squat and climb for extended periods of time Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted

Requires ability to use computers, telephones and other office equipment. Requires ability to sit for extended periods of time. May require occasional bending and lifting up to 25 pounds.
