Dishonesty at any stage of recovery can pose an immense risk to a person's sobriety, which is why it must always be carefully guarded against. PM Position Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Part-Time Counselor to join our women's facility in Nineveh. This role provides direct support and to women in recovery, helping them build skills, navigate challenges, and maintain progress in a structured, supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide support services to clients in a women's treatment setting Build strong, trusting relationships with clients to support engagement and retention Assist in facilitating group sessions Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure continuity of care Support a safe, respectful, and therapeutic environment

Minimum Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field One year of clinical experience in alcohol and drug treatment preferred Current licensure or actively working toward LCSW, LSW, LCAC, LAC, or LMHC required Current CPR certification Valid state or federal government-issued photo identification Strong interpersonal and engagement skills Effective written and verbal communication skills Why Join Us?
