In this role, you will support our daily operations by maintaining a clean facility and assisting directly with our production process. The ideal candidate is energetic, detail-oriented, and physically capable of handling a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities Production Support:
Assist team members with daily production-related activities, assembly, and material handling.
Facility Maintenance:
Perform general cleaning duties to keep the production floor, warehouses, and common areas safe, organized, and sanitary.
Inventory Management:
Help load, unload, and move materials or finished goods throughout the facility.
Safety Compliance:
Adhere to all safety guidelines and maintain a clutter-free work environment. Qualifications & Physical Requirements High school diploma or higher
Physical Strength:
Must be able to safely lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 pounds regularly throughout your shift.
Stamina:
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move for extended periods.
Reliability:
Strong work ethic, punctual, and a team-player attitude.
Skills:
Ability to follow instructions closely and work efficiently with minimal supervision.
Experience:
Previous experience in a production, warehouse, or janitorial role is a plus, but not required. We will train the right person!
Position Details Job Type:
Part-Time Schedule:
[Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday -4-6 hours per day] possibility of extra hours based on production needs.
Pay Rate:
[$15.00-$18.00 / hour]

Sales Experience:
1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
