Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity as a Facilities Coordinator in the South Bend, IN area. As a Facilities Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and optimizing our corporate office space. You will be the main point of contact for incoming correspondence regarding maintenance requests, furniture and supply orders, and exterior signage. Your goal is to create a comfortable, safe, and productive work environment for our employees.
Schedule :
Hybrid, Monday- Friday 8AM-5PM, 3 days in-office and 2 days remote How You'll Do It This position will deliver prompt and efficient support to the Director of Purchasing and the company. Set up and maintain accurate files and records including but not limited to maintenance requests and contracts, lease files and brokerage agreements, construction contracts, and utilities contracts Sort and respond to correspondence via email, telephone, Teams messaging, mail Order and coordinate delivery of furniture and supplies for new locations Coordinate installation of interior and exterior signage for new locations and removal at closing locations Gather and collect data to aid in reporting Manage monthly rent schedules with accounts payable department Schedule maintenance appointments for various locations Assist with projects Track project assignee as applicable All other duties as assigned What You'll Bring High School diploma or equivalent work experience. Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Zoom Excellent communication and listening abilities Project and time management Interest in commercial real estate and property management Ability to handle multiple tasks/assignments One more thing: Not sure you meet all the qualifications?
