Administration Job Location:
Warsaw, IN Scope Job will support the US commercial business for Joint Reconstruction & VELYS Enabling Technology. Key Responsibilities Collect contract closure/renewal information & maintain the "Closed & Install" tracker as well as the 2026 VELYS Leadership tracker. Track closed deals, install dates, instrument deployments. Maintain accurate fleet lists for
VRAS, VHN, UKA
with accurate ISO information. Develop monthly sales leaderboard communications (Winner's Circle Communications). Aggregate monthly leadership insights report with an overview of the
VELYS US
business (State of VELYS Monthly Report Out). Maintain UCN traceability crosswalk for capital fleet (VRAS & VELYS Hub). Transpose upcoming funnel deals into instrument/capital deployment tracker (managed by supply chain value stream team). Maintain ET Team (VELYS) Events Calendar. Schedule ET trainings & coordinate agenda/speakers with ET team leads. Develop suggestions for work automation/dashboard development from manual tracking activities.
