The Facilities Manager will provide leadership and support for assigned company properties and will oversees all aspects of the building functionality. Duties include running routine safety inspections, corresponding with contractors, planning maintenance work, maintaining records and supervising facility staff. The ideal candidate is well-versed in facilities management processes and exhibits high multitasking and organizational abilities.

This position works between the hours of 7 AM and 5 PM, Monday- Friday. However, work may be performed at any time on any day of the week to meet business needs.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee the day-to-day operation of the local facilities Extensive knowledge of HVAC, mechanical, building automation, fire suppression, security, life safety, building and grounds maintenance Supervise and train facilities staff Prepare yearly budget estimates Participate in incident reporting, mitigation and emergency preparedness Plan, schedule, supervise and coordinate maintenance and installation of conventional building infrastructure Maintain accurate and up-to-date files/data Keep building and all facilities up to code and accurately follow maintenance protocol Skilled in stakeholder management, relationship management and negotiation High-level written or oral communication Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Ability to respond to after-hours/weekend emergencies Leadership and problem-solving skills Perform other duties as assigned.
