Agronomy Facility Manager

Agronomy Facility Manager Beachner Grain, Inc. is seeking qualified applicants for an Agronomy Facility Management position in Parsons, Ks.

Responsibilities of the job include:

Manage all functions of the agronomy facility to ensure a safe and productive work environment Under direction of the Area Manager, develop and execute an agronomy service plan in our sales region Ensure compliance with agricultural regulations and safety standards Train, develop, and support facility staff Drive continuous improvement in all areas of the operation Provide customer service support to both internal and external customers. Qualified applicants will possess the following: A strong agricultural background, with prior experience in agronomy retail operations A solid understanding of agronomy services sought by producers in these regions of Kansas A Class A or B CDL license, or willingness to attain one. A Commercial Applicator Certification, or willingness to attain certification A strong work ethic and positive team-work attitude Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft office products Experience with general business system accounting software Excellent communication skills
