Job Description
Triplett Inc. dba 24/7 Travel Stores operate multiple retail locations across Kansas. We are committed to providing exceptional service and maintaining high-quality facilities that support our employees, traveling public, and professional drivers. We are seeking a Facilities & Construction Manager to lead construction, renovation, and facility maintenance projects across our locations. This role ensures our properties operate safely, efficiently, and in compliance with all environmental and safety regulations.
Required Experience:
Overseeing facility maintenance, construction, and remodeling projects. Develop budgets, timelines, and contracts; ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope. Manage contractors and vendors for quality and compliance. Ensure compliance with OSHA, ADA, and building codes. Conduct facility inspections and implement preventive maintenance. Partner with leadership on long-term facility planning.Desirable Additional Experience:
5 years of work experience in facilities or construction management. Strong leadership, vendor management, and project management skills. Ability to read blueprints and construction documents. Knowledge of OSHA and safety compliance.Position Benefits:
