Job Description
United Methodist Open Door is seeking a motivated, skilled, self-starter to oversee the agency's two commercial buildings. The position is Full Time with benefits. Preferred candidates have technical training in a trade related to building maintenance skills as well as previous relevant job experience. The ability to do basic repairs is necessary. Ability to secure bids from professionals and oversee jobs/projects done by outside professionals through completion is required. Candidates should also have a heart for the mission of serving a diverse population, including the homeless. Open Door is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
