Full-Time Overview We are seeking an experienced Director of Nursing (DON) to lead clinical operations at a skilled nursing facility in Lexington, KY. This role is ideal for a proven nursing leader who understands how to drive quality care, maintain compliance, and build strong teams. If you've successfully led nursing operations in a SNF and know how to keep survey readiness tight, this is a strong opportunity.
