How you Will make a difference Our Plant Operations Directors make a difference in the lives of our stakeholders and residents by ensuring our facilities, equipment, and utilities are in good working order and that property grounds are maintained in accordance with facility policies and state and federal regulations. What you Need to make a Difference High school diploma or GED required or equivalent related work experience. Practical knowledge of day-to-day maintenance and facility physical plant upkeep. One (1) to two (2) years management/supervisory experience required. Schedule is 8a-430pm , Monday thru Friday with rotating on call weekends. If there is a need to come in for on call, even if the resolution is achieved in 5 minutes time you will be paid for 2 hours of work as long as you remain onsite for the 2 hours. We are seeking someone with Maintenance experience, familiar and comfortable using a computer for documenting, ordering, woking on our camera system and communicating via email.
