This pivotal role involves managing maintenance activities, supervising technical teams, and ensuring the optimal performance of all building systems. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical and electrical knowledge base, exceptional management skills, and a proactive approach to facilities management. Your leadership will ensure that our facilities operate smoothly, safely, and efficiently, supporting our organizational goals and enhancing occupant experience. Responsibilities Lead and supervise maintenance teams, contractors, and vendors to ensure timely completion of all facility-related tasks. Oversee the operation and maintenance of HVAC systems, electrical networks (including high and low voltage), plumbing, and mechanical equipment. Utilize CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to schedule, track, and document maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with safety standards. Manage industrial maintenance projects, including upgrades or repairs involving programmable logic controllers (PLCs), schematics interpretation, and electrical troubleshooting. Conduct routine inspections of facilities using tools such as ohmmeters to diagnose electrical issues or mechanical failures. Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan. Ensure adherence to safety protocols related to high voltage, low voltage systems, and industrial environments. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on project management initiatives to improve facility infrastructure and manufacturing processes. Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, system schematics, and compliance documentation. Lead emergency response efforts related to electrical failures or mechanical breakdowns to safeguard personnel and assets. Experience Proven management experience in facilities management or industrial maintenance environments. Strong supervisory skills with a track record of leading technical teams effectively. Extensive knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical systems (including high voltage and low voltage), schematics interpretation, and mechanical systems. Hands-on experience with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and maintenance management software such as CMMS platforms. Familiarity with manufacturing operations or industrial environments is highly desirable. Ability to read technical schematics accurately using tools like ohmmeters for troubleshooting electrical issues. Excellent project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficiency in English for clear communication across diverse teams.
