Job:

We're looking for an All-Around Helper- a dependable, go-to person who can jump in wherever needed. If you like working with your hands, staying busy, and doing a little bit of everything—both in the warehouse and out on job sites—this could be a great fit.

What You'll Be Doing:

Making basic repairs (fixing things, painting, small projects, etc.) Simple carpentry construction and demolition Random tasks as they arrive or are given Loading, unloading, and organizing items in the warehouse Driving (Company truck with or w/o trailer) to pick up or deliver materials, tools, furniture, or equipment Projects at offsite locations as needed Using tools and equipment safely Keeping work areas clean and organized Pitching in with shipping and receiving Moving, assembling, or setting up materials/furniture Noticing when something needs fixing and speaking up Pressure wash, weed spray/trim, leaf blow, etc. Using dump trailer to haul trash to dump as needed. General grounds cleaning and trash removal

What We're Looking For:

Someone reliable who shows up and gets the job done Self-driven and can work alone Comfortable using basic tools Someone with basic carpentry skills Valid driver's license and a clean driving record Able to lift and move heavier items (around 70 lbs) A hard worker who can handle different tasks throughout the day Completionist (tasks need to be finished not forgotten) Team player with a good attitude Experience is a plus, but not required if you're willing to learn

Work Environment:

Mix of warehouse work and offsite jobs Indoor and outdoor work depending on the task Active job — you'll be on your feet and moving around most days Tedious job - you'll assemble parts for hours on end to help warehouse stay ahead of production

Schedule:

Full Time / Hourly Mon-Fri 8-4:30 (Weekends possible, but not likely)
