• 35/hr + Benefits Greater Boston Area We are hiring a hands-on Facilities Manager to oversee the day-to-day maintenance and operation of a busy facility.

This is a stable full-time position with consistent weekday hours, benefits, and long-term growth opportunity.

Schedule:

Monday-Friday 7:00am-3:00pm or 8:00am-4:30pm Must be available for occasional emergency calls after hours or weekends.

What You'll Do:

Handle general building maintenance and repairs Troubleshoot plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and mechanical issues Coordinate outside contractors and service vendors Perform facility inspections and preventative maintenance Maintain a clean, safe, and fully operational building Assist with snow removal and seasonal building needs Respond quickly to maintenance requests and emergencies

What We're Looking For:

Experience in building maintenance, facilities, or property maintenance Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems Strong troubleshooting and repair skills Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Ability to lift equipment and work in different environments Dependable, responsive, and team-oriented

Preferred:

HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or facilities certifications Experience working in schools, gyms, residential, or commercial buildings
