The PMDirector will lead a team of PJM professionals managing both ground up andcapital expenditure construction projects. This job is part of the Project Management function responsiblefor the management of projects from initiation through completion. This is aremote role that may require 30%-50% travel primarily in the Eastern Time Zone. What You'll Do Provide formal supervision toemployees. Monitor the training and development of staff. Conduct performanceevaluations and coaching. Oversee the recruiting and hiring of new employees. Coordinate and manage theteam's daily activities. Establish work schedules, assign tasks, andcross-train staff. Set and track staff and department deadlines. Mentor andcoach as needed. Direct all phases of theprocess for small to medium-sized clients including procurement, contracting,planning, tracking, and execution. Ensure that contractprocurement, negotiation, execution, administration, and closeouts areaccurate, timely, and compliant. Develop new business growthand maintain existing business relationships. Maintain full responsibilityfor the financial performance of market, program, and client accounts. Identify project risks, leadreviews, and develop risk mitigation and backup plans. Apply a robust knowledge ofmultiple disciplines, the business, and key drivers that impact departmentaland cross-functional performance. Lead by example and modelbehaviors that are consistent with

Significantly improve andchange existing methods, processes, and standards within job discipline. What You'll Need Applicants must be currentlyauthorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorshipnow or in the future Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-12 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM designation(s) preferred. Experience in the areas of staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising, and rewarding performance and retention is preferred. Ability to lead the exchange of sensitive, complicated, and difficult information, convey performance expectations, and handle problems. Leadership skills to set, manage and achieve targets with a direct impact on multiple department results within a function. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Smartsheet, MS Project, Procore, or similar project management software. Experience with Corrigo or facilities management software is desirable. Expert organizational skillsand an advanced inquisitive mentality. Sophisticated math skills. The minimum salary for this position is $155,000 annually and the maximum salary for this position is $185,000 annually.
