Job Description

Randstad is working with a prestigious, long-standing foundation dedicated to community impact to fill a Facilities & Operations Manager. This role balances the management of premium office spaces with the white-glove oversight of leadership support and vendor management. This is a dynamic, people-first position where you will manage vendor relations and orchestrate seamless logistics for high-profile visitors and organizational events. Qualifications:
  • 6+ years of experience in Facilities/Property Management
  • Problem solver
  • High attention to detailsalary: $90,000

High SchoolResponsibilities-Daily Property Operations:
Maintain multiple office buildings and a residential site, ensuring full compliance with local and federal regulations. Conduct routine inspections, manage space/parking reservations, handle office inventory, and coordinate reception desk coverage.
  • Executive Residential Support:
    Coordinate logistics for a primary executive/presidential residence, including managing service requests, building access, and preparing guest suites for visitors.
  • Team & Vendor Management:
    Supervise the local facilities and administrative staff. Serve as the primary point of contact for external vendors-handling selection, monitoring service delivery, managing contracts, and processing invoices.
  • Financial & Resource Oversight:
    Monitor operational budgets for supplies and provisions, identify cost-effective maintenance solutions, and assist with annual budget planning.
Internal Collaboration:
Align local operations with the organization's broader regional offices and partner with the internal events team to support on-site functions.
