FACILITY & MOBILITY COORDINATOR

The Dennis Center for Active Living is currently advertising for a Facility & Mobility Coordinator, full-time 40 hours a week.

Statement of Duties:

Employee is responsible for monitoring Dennis Center for Active Living facilities and operating transportation services during operating hours. Employee is required to perform all similar or related duties.

Essential Functions:

The essential functions or duties listed below are intended only as illustrations of the various type of work that may be performed. Driving vehicles from Town Hall to DCAL daily. 2. Driving clients to local and out of town locales for shopping and recreational purposes. 3. Unlocking and locking the DCAL and rooms daily with coordination of DPW. 4. Monitors the condition and use of the CCRTA leased vehicles to ensure a streamline approach to transportation issues 5. Monitors the physical facilities at the DCAL for maintaining a safe, functional, healthy active and working environment. 6. Coordinates with DPW personnel or contractors responsible for the daily cleaning and room set up of the building.

Education and Experience:

Position requires a High School or GED education, and one to three years (1-3) years of experience in related field or any equivalent combination of education, training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities to perform the essential functions of the job.
