Job Description

Overview St. Anne's Credit Union is seeking a Facilities Manager who possess a hands-on approach to maintenance, troubleshooting, and building operations. Function Responsible for the Credit Union's Facilities Department, including managing the maintenance staff. Duties
  • Manage all activities related to maintenance, repairs, upgrades and/or improvements to any Credit Union office, branch or facility.
  • Monitor building systems such as heating, air conditioning, electrical and plumbing and manage the janitorial, landscape and snow removal at all locations.
  • Coordinate, direct and oversee vendors in performing services related to complicated maintenance/repairs and to ensure contracted services are performed in accordance with an agreed upon level of standard and service.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks and basic repairs involving plumbing, electrical, and/or carpentry.
  • Assist all major renovations, lease buildouts and/or construction of new branches and loan production officers.
  • Supervise and assign staff duties, tasks and projects and ensure they are performed in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Oversee and monitor vendor relationships and contracts and perform RFP process as needed for new vendors.
  • Order and seek competitive bids on various office equipment, furniture and supplies. Review and approve invoices related to purchases of equipment, maintenance, repair and utilities for all facilities.
  • Prepare and adhere to annual capital improvements budget.
  • Oversee and maintain policies and procedures for storage of retained records.
  • Provide courier and delivery service for branch locations, as needed.
  • Maintain an accurate inventory of maintenance products, tools and equipment in all buildings and ensure all equipment is in good working order.
  • Respond to emergency assistance associated with building systems either during or after business hours.
  • Exhibit a high level of initiative and flexibility including the ability to work nights and weekends when necessary.
  • Provides assistance to members, visitors, senior staff and other employees. Requirements/Qualifications
  • 5-7 years of Facilities experience.
  • Must be flexible to respond to emergency assistance associated with building systems during or after business hours. Able to work on weekends if necessary.
  • Valid driver's license. Able to drive to all of our branch locations as needed.
  • Knowledge of the following trades (HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Landscape, Cleaners, etc.
) is necessary.
Pay:
$75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
