Location:
Linden Ponds by Erickson Senior Living Join our team as a Facilities Supervisor for Maintenance and Engineering. You will oversee the upkeep and repair of the physical plant, leading and guiding the Engineering team to ensure that all mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and kitchen systems are maintained and repaired efficiently. Compensation:
$85,000 - $110,000 annually commensurate with previous experience How you will make an impact Plan, schedule and oversee all preventative maintenance operations. Plan and coordinate use of all contractors. Order/Inventory all M/E supplies. Supervise and coordinate the staff for maintenance and repair of all MEP systems Assist in hiring/training/evaluation of M/E staff. What you will need Minimum of 5 years Maintenance & Engineering experience Previous supervisory experience of a maintenance team preferred Extensive knowledge of HVAC, Electrical, Building Management Systems, and Plumbing systems. Ability to develop, implement and evaluate an organized system of delegating work to staff. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Valid driver's license required. Must possess current EPA certification to handle refrigerants. Must be able to lift 50lbs. Must be able to walk, stand, bend, push, and stretch for extended amounts of time. Must be able to climb and descend ladders and stairs. Please note that specific state regulations and requirements may be applicable.
