This role is responsible for leading staff, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining a safe, well-managed environment for residents. The Executive Director will provide day-to-day operational leadership, including oversight of staffing, budgeting, occupancy goals, and resident satisfaction. This role will work closely with department leaders to ensure all areas of the facility operate effectively and in alignment with established standards. Key Responsibilities Lead, develop, and support facility staff Oversee daily operations, budgeting, and financial performance Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and internal policies Maintain high standards of resident care, safety, and satisfaction Support occupancy efforts through outreach and relationship building Partner with department leaders to coordinate services and operations Qualifications 6+ years of leadership experience in senior living or similar operations Strong knowledge of facility operations, including occupancy and budget management Experience with regulatory compliance and safety standards Strong communication and team leadership skills Ability to balance operational needs with a resident-focused approach High school diploma or equivalent required Must pass background check and required screenings

From $105,000.00 per year
